Peter recently I heard you say that the “all” in Romans 3:23 really means both Jew and Gentile. This was very disturbing to me because this is the same argument that infernalists make about the word “all” in the “all” passages that seem to suggest that Paul is talking about every single person. They make the argument that Paul is not including every single human being in these all passages – that he is using the word “all” to mean two groups of people. Can you please expand on this and tell me what you mean?
